Please, familiarize yourself with the rules!
Payment
- You determine the payment for delivery yourself when agreeing on baggage transportation.
- We recommend paying for the delivery service after transferring and inspecting the baggage to avoid misunderstandings.
- As a rule, the weight of the suitcase itself is not paid for, payment is made for the contents inside it.
- Attention! Overweight and additional baggage! To avoid additional expenses, discuss the weight and additional payment for overweight if necessary.
- Life hack! If you have the situation described above, you can transfer part of the baggage to hand luggage (bag or package) and not pay extra.
Hand luggage
If you plan to take part of the baggage as hand luggage, pay attention to the following requirements:
- It is allowed to carry up to 100 ml of any liquid, including cosmetics.
- Average dimensions of hand luggage are 55×40×20 cm (length, width, and height).
- Standard weight of hand luggage is 5–10 kg. Regular airlines may have more, low-cost airlines may have less.
Baggage transfer
- The sender and the carrier coordinate the details of their meeting: place, time, cost of the service and conditions of payment, as well as conditions for transferring baggage.
- The sender meets with the carrier at the specified place and at a pre-agreed time. Always allow time for baggage inspection!
- Meetings for the transfer and receipt of baggage are recommended to be held in safe and public places.
- The carrier and the sender inspect the baggage together before transferring it for the absence of prohibited substances, compliance with the declared description, and absence of damage.
- The sender confirms the transfer of the baggage to the carrier and informs the recipient about it.
- Open and effective communication between the sender and the carrier helps to avoid misunderstandings.
Meeting the baggage
- The recipient of the baggage meets with the carrier at the specified place and time.
- The recipient inspects the baggage for compliance with the description and absence of damage.
- The recipient confirms the receipt of the baggage to the sender.
- The recipient or sender (by agreement with the carrier) makes a payment in accordance with the terms of the transaction.
- All participants in the process can leave feedback about the transaction on our resource if desired.
Customs
- Customs officers may ask you to open the suitcase for inspection and ask what you are carrying, so we always recommend studying the Packing List with the cargo composition that you were given in advance.
- On the question: "Why do you have so many medicinal preparations?" You can answer that you plan to stay for a long time and are carrying medicines for all cases of life.
- On the question: "Why are you carrying groceries?" You can answer that you are used to this food and do not consume spicy food.
- All questions arise only out of curiosity.
Handle other people's baggage carefully!
